ZTI-Med® Based on CP-Ti and Zirconia and successfully fused to provide an Extremely low Young Modulus and NoToxicity is designed for both Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) as well as Direct Energy Deposition (DED). 


All Mechanical and Physical values have been independently measured by the French National Center for  Scientific Research (CNRS) and KITECH (Korean Institute of Industrial Technology).



The standard ZTi-Med® ½% and 1% are designed to be used ON STANDARD machine manufacturer “fusion parameters” (here Ti-CP Grade 5). NO CHANGE IN PART DESIGN.


Other percentage concentrations have been tested successfully but are available only on demand.


A low GPa up to 14 were obtained by specific concentrations.
